This production line retains the high-precision processing characteristics of WEIYI's welded pipe equipment, providing stable operating performance and controllable production efficiency. It can assist manufacturers in effectively stabilizing product quality and increasing production output. Normally, the decorative pipe production line uses TIG welding. However, laser welding is becoming increasingly popular because of its high speed.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Uncoiling → Pre-forming → Forming → TIG welding→ Outside bead polishing → Fine sizing and Straightening → Length fixing and Cutting → Unloading
